NARA Hawaii is a Korean-inspired beauty spa offering personalized skincare, advanced facial treatments, and premium beauty services, opening this summer at Ala Moana Center. We are committed to helping clients feel confident through customized treatments, exceptional service, and the latest beauty techniques. We're seeking a talented Lash Artist who is passionate about enhancing natural beauty and creating an outstanding client experience. To apply email your resume to: info@narahawaii.com Responsibilities Perform Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume eyelash extension services Conduct thorough client consultations to recommend customized lash styles Perform lash fills, removals, lash lifts, and lash tints (if certified) Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation according to Hawaii State Board standards Document client service notes and preferences Build long-term relationships with returning clients Recommend complementary services and retail products Stay current on lash trends, techniques, and continuing education Qualifications Current Hawaii Esthetician or Cosmetology License Professional eyelash extension certification Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and precision Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for beauty and continued education Preferred Experience with Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions Experience with lash lifts and tinting Knowledge of Korean beauty trends and aesthetics Existing clientele is a plus but not required Social media content creation is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Service commission and gratuities Retail commission opportunities Employee discounts Continuing education and product training Opportunity to grow with a new luxury brand
