+ Lash Specialist to join our team! We are an established boutique med spa offering advanced skincare, laser treatments, injectables, and facials. We're looking to expand our services with a provider who is passionate about creating beautiful, natural-looking brows and lashes. This position is specifically focused on brow and lash services and would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their clientele within an established med spa environment. Services we're looking to offer: Brow shaping + waxing Brow tinting Brow lamination Lash lifts Lash tinting Facial waxing Other brow/lash services based on experience Bonus if you have experience with permanent makeup or additional specialty brow services. Who we're looking for: Someone who is professional, friendly, reliable, and genuinely excited about building a loyal clientele. We want someone who takes pride in their work and understands that the small details make a big difference in the client experience. You should be comfortable building and growing your own book of clients. Highland will support you through marketing, exposure to our existing client base, cross-referrals, online booking, and front desk support, but this is not a position with a full book of brow and lash clients waiting on day one.

Schedule:
