We are seeking a talented, passionate Lash Technician who takes pride in their work and provides top-tier client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your workspace Provide consultations and recommend styles based on client needs Ensure excellent customer service and client retention Stay up-to-date with lash trends and techniques

Requirements:

Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Illinois required) Experience with lash extensions (preferred, but willing to train the right person) Strong attention to detail Professional, reliable, and positive attitude Ability to build and maintain a clientele
