We are willing to train the right person, so previous body sculpting or med-spa experience is helpful but not required. This Body Sculpting Technician position is ideal for someone with experience or an interest in personal training, physical fitness, wellness, customer service, or sales. An Indiana esthetician license is a bonus but is not required. As a Body Sculpting Technician, you will perform non-invasive body contouring treatments, educate clients about their treatment plans, track progress, and help clients stay motivated as they work toward their goals. The ideal Body Sculpting Technician is outgoing, dependable, professional, comfortable working closely with clients, and confident recommending treatment packages and services. Responsibilities Perform approved body sculpting treatments after completing required training. Conduct consultations and learn about each client's goals and expectations. Explain treatment plans, preparation, aftercare, and expected results. Take measurements and before-and-after photos when needed. Track client progress and provide support throughout the treatment plan. Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and appropriate services. Rebook clients and follow up to support retention. Maintain accurate treatment notes, consent forms, and client records. Follow all safety, sanitation, and treatment protocols. Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready. Help with scheduling, phones, check-in, and checkout when needed. Participate in team meetings, training, and sales coaching. Qualifications Esthetician, personal training, or fitness certification is a plus. Experience in fitness, personal training, wellness, sales, customer service, body sculpting, or a med spa is preferred. Willing to learn new equipment and treatment protocols. Comfortable discussing and selling treatment packages and memberships. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Weekend availability is required. The successful Body Sculpting Technician will receive hands-on training and ongoing support to provide safe, consistent treatments and an excellent client experience.
