The Collective Salon is currently looking for an experienced permanent makeup (PMU) specialist with an established clientele. He/she must be proficient in industry services such as microblading, lip blushing, ombre brows, powder brows, ,etc. services. We offer affordable salon spaces for rent so that all staff members remain self-employed with the freedom to determine their own work schedules. We currently have one studio available for rent.About us:
We are a modern, full service salon located in the heart of South Baton Rouge, near the intersection of Seigen Lane and Perkins Road. Our newly remodeled space provides a relaxing and pleasurable experience for both our salon staff and clients alike. At The Collective Salon our goal is to develop meaningful relationships while assessing our clients' needs and creating suitable, customized services. We also find great value in educating our clients in the practical benefits of haircare and personalized styling techniques. This helps to ensure that clients are well equipped to enjoy the fullest potential of their unique hair type and texture.Staff Qualifications:
At our salon we require each staff member to maintain a current, valid license, as well as prioritizing the following:- Excellent communication and meaningful interaction with clients and staff
- Listening to clients' needs in order to provide the appropriate haircare and other services accordingly
- Being supportive and encouraging to other staff members and clients
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace Come allow your clients to experience a relaxing and personalized experience.
