Full Job Description Overview WAGE:
$17/ hour (Minimum Age 18) Ready to turn fear into art? Transform performers into spine-chilling characters using prosthetics, airbrush techniques, and gore effects. Your creativity will help shape the terrifying world our guests love to scream through.
Responsibilities:
Create and apply special effects makeup, prosthetics, and gore Follow detailed character designs to ensure consistency Ensure makeup is safe, durable, and comfortable for performers Maintain high-quality standards across multiple nights Collaborate with supervisors, costume teams, and performers Sanitize tools and products to meet hygiene standards Keep the makeup area clean and organized Assist with setup, breakdown, and performer prep Track inventory and report supply needs Support team operations and adapt to production needs
Qualifications:
Experience in theatrical, film, or haunted attraction makeup Skilled in prosthetic application, airbrushing, and character design Knowledge of hygiene and safety in makeup environments Able to work under pressure and tight timelines Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
