The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and/or makeup application. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care. Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health and safety standards. Provide makeup application services as needed, ensuring clients leave feeling beautiful. Assist at the front desk, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and handling retail sales. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of services offered. Requirements Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in makeup application techniques; additional skills in cosmetology are preferred. Familiarity with retail sales practices and customer service excellence. Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments or med spa services is a plus. Ability to perform additional beauty services preferred. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with clients. Must possess relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations. A passion for beauty and wellness, along with a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
