Compensation Estimated earnings:

$70-$100+ per completed service , depending on the type and duration of the service, location, travel distance, and individual booking. This amount represents estimated earnings per completed service and is not a guaranteed hourly wage . The payout for each available appointment is shown before you decide whether to accept the opportunity. Who We're Looking For We are looking for professionals who: Hold an active and valid Esthetician, Cosmetology, Lash Technician, Eyelash Extension Specialist, or equivalent professional license , as required by the state where services will be performed Have professional experience providing eyelash extensions, lash fills, lash lifts, or other lash enhancement services Are knowledgeable in classic, hybrid, volume, or other professional eyelash extension techniques Are reliable and committed to appointments they accept Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and prioritize client comfort and safety Provide high-quality, safe, hygienic, and professional eyelash services Are comfortable traveling to clients' homes, hotels, senior communities, workplaces, or event locations Can work independently in mobile service environments Have reliable transportation Have the necessary professional lash tools, equipment, adhesives, and supplies needed to perform the services they accept Follow appropriate sanitation, disinfection, infection-control, and professional hygiene procedures Understand proper lash isolation, application, removal, and aftercare techniques Have a smartphone and reliable internet access Are eligible to provide services as a 1099 independent contractor Professional Equipment and Supplies Providers should have the professional equipment and supplies required for the eyelash services they accept. Depending on the appointment, this may include: Professional individual eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume, or other applicable styles) Professional lash extension adhesives Lash extension tweezers for isolation and application Lash extension trays in various lengths, curls, and thicknesses Disposable mascara wands and spoolie brushes Under-eye gel pads and protective eye coverings Professional lash tape and adhesive supplies Lash cleanser and preparation products Lash primer and bonder, when applicable Lash extension remover Microbrushes and disposable applicators Lash mapping tools and accessories Professional lash lift and tint products, when permitted by state regulations Portable lash bed, reclining chair, or professional mobile setup as needed Portable lighting or lash lamp Clean towels, protective coverings, and disposable supplies Sanitizing and disinfecting products Gloves and other personal protective equipment when appropriate Other professional eyelash tools and equipment required for the service Services May Include Depending on your qualifications, scope of practice, and local client demand, available opportunities may include: Classic Eyelash Extensions Hybrid Eyelash Extensions Volume Eyelash Extensions Mega Volume Eyelash Extensions Natural Lash Extensions Full Set Eyelash Extensions Eyelash Extension Refills Lash Fill and Maintenance Services Eyelash Extension Removal Lash Lifts Lash Tinting Lash Lift and Tint Combinations Customized Eyelash Styling Lash Mapping and Design Special Occasion Lash Services Bridal and Event Lash Services In-Home Eyelash Extension Services Hotel Eyelash Services Senior Community Beauty Services Group Beauty Services Corporate Beauty and Wellness Events Employee Appreciation Events Other eyelash enhancement services within your professional qualifications and scope of practice Important License Requirement A valid Esthetician, Cosmetology, Lash Technician, Eyelash Extension Specialist, or equivalent professional license is required where applicable under state law. Licensing requirements for eyelash extension services vary by state. Applicants must hold the appropriate professional license or authorization required to perform the services they accept in their state.
