What You'll Do As a Permanent Jewelry Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand: Greet and engage guests in a warm, welcoming way Guide customers through chain and charm selections to create custom, meaningful pieces Perform "zapping" (permanent jewelry welding), full training provided Help customers capture their special moment with photos and videos for social media Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting workspace Support sales goals through upselling and product recommendations Support store growth by getting Google reviews and bonuses are rewarded for these Willing to participate in social media marketing

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Detail-oriented, with excellent eyesight and a steady hand Confident and friendly in customer-facing roles Comfortable engaging on social media and capturing shareable content Passionate about style, fashion, jewelry, or beauty Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Available for part-time mall hours (including weekends)

Requirements:

Previous retail, customer service, or salon/spa experience preferred (but not required, we'll train the right person) Comfort using phones, tablets, and social media platforms Reliable transportation to Southpoint in Durham Positive energy and a passion for helping people feel great
