We pride ourselves on using high-quality products, providing luxury service, and maintaining a clean, upscale, professional environment. What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Provide full sets and fills of lash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume, mega-volume) Perform lash lifts, lash tints, brow waxing, brow lamination, and brow tinting where needed Consult with clients to recommend styles and maintain lash health Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards (tools, beds, workspace) Track inventory of lash supplies, adhesives, tools, etc. Attend internal training, master classes, and team meetings to stay updated on techniques Manage client scheduling, appointment preparations (pre-service forms, patch tests) Deliver excellent customer service, upsell add-ons or future appointments Handle client care issues, retention, and follow up
