where your expertise will elevate clients' natural beauty and confidence! In this role, you'll combine artistry with professionalism to craft stunning brows. Your passion for esthetics and customer service will create a welcoming environment, inspiring clients to look and feel their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a beautiful, friendly, professional setting while making a positive impact on every guest you serve. Responsibilities Perform brow services; including waxing, threading, and tweezing, tinting/staining/henna to achieve desired styles. Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist clients with advising on other recommended beauty services such as lash services, facials, or other appropriate services. Use spa software and management systems (MEEVO) to schedule appointments and track client preferences. Educate clients on brow maintenance routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results. Support retail sales of brow products, skincare items, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Requirements Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as waxing, threading, or eyebrow shaping;
ESTHETICIAN LICENSE REQUIRED.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and excellent customer service skills. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment. Good vibes & kindness mandatory :)
Pay:
$16.00 - $30.00 per hour
