Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape, style preferences, and desired look Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations, including proper sterilization of tools and workstations Educate clients on aftercare routines to prolong the longevity of their lash extensions and ensure healthy natural lashes Manage appointment scheduling using Square software Promote retail sales by recommending complementary products like lash serums or aftercare kits during client visits Stay current with the latest trends in lash extension techniques, styles, and industry innovations through ongoing education and training Skills Proven experience in eyelash extensions application with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating precision and artistry Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their aesthetic goals Knowledge of sanitation protocols, including sterilization practices for tools and workspaces Familiarity with salon management software for scheduling and client management Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction Basic understanding of related beauty treatments such as brow shaping,, or dermal fillers is a plus Join us as a Lash Extension Artist and be part of a team that values creativity, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences!
