As a BeautyRaena Lash Artist, you will deliver exceptional eyelash extension services and other beauty treatments that boost confidence and elevate our clients' natural beauty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a lively, supportive environment while building lasting relationships with clients. Your expertise in lash artistry, combined with excellent customer service, will help us create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back for more. Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction. Provide a variety of beauty services including brow shaping, tinting, and other esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers when qualified. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their beauty goals, offering personalized recommendations for lash styles, products, and additional treatments like PMU Lips or korean lash lifts. Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales using our salon software. Promote retail products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client results and boost sales. Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and safety standards to continually improve your craft and provide top-tier service. Create social media content. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialized training in eyelash extensions. Proven experience performing eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and symmetry. Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and recommend suitable treatments. Experience in additional beauty services such as hair styling, nail care, or body waxing is a plus. Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude.
