Duties Perform body waxing treatments with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety throughout each session Provide additional esthetic services such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, and hair threading as needed Maintain thorough knowledge of salon software systems like
MINDBODY
to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage bookings efficiently Deliver excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs, offering personalized recommendations, and creating a positive experience Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment in compliance with health regulations Assist clients with skin care consultations and recommend suitable treatments or products for their individual needs Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually enhance service quality
