Duties Perform precise eyelash extension applications using safe, hygienic techniques to achieve natural or dramatic looks tailored to each client's preferences Consult with clients to understand their desired lash style, length, curl, and volume, ensuring satisfaction with the final result Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort Educate clients on proper aftercare routines and product recommendations for long-lasting results Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, while providing excellent guest services at all times Upsell complementary services like lash lifts, tinting, or retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue Keep detailed records of each treatment, including product used and client preferences, for future reference and consistency Experience Proven experience in eyelash extension application with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques Background in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; certifications in eyelash extension application are highly valued Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
