Lash Artist Deka Lash Centerville, OH Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25,000 - $45,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Full Job Description Deka Lash is hiring multiple Lash Artists for its new Centerville location. Bring your positive attitude and we will train you to be an "Expert in Eyelashes". There are many opportunities for growth and education in the lash industry.

Responsibilities include:

Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service and customer relations. Applying eyelash extensions that "WOW" customers and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes Conducting world-class consultations, by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations Building relationships with clients and building your book of business Educating clients on the best way to care for their lash extensions Selling products to ensure lash retention Converting clients to members Educating clients on all Deka Lash services Checking Clients in and out Rebook clients at check out Handing out referral cards Engaging customers with world-class customer service Following all sanitation protocols and standards Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times Attend all monthly meetings whether in person or by phone Performing additional duties as required

Requirements:

A Cosmetology or Esthetician license Passionate about the beauty industry Outgoing personality, able to work with others A team player A positive attitude Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance Strong work ethic Previous experience preferred, but not required Competitive pay with opportunities for additional pay with tips, commissions and attractive bonuses!
