I run a private lash suite here in the Valley, and I also own a lash studio in another state. Right now it's just me in my suite, and I'm looking for one lash artist to build alongside me.

Let me be upfront:

this is not a clock-in, clock-out job. There are no set hours and there's no salary. This is for a woman who wants to become a commission lash artist and build her own book — with me covering the overhead and showing her exactly how.

What I provide:

The suite rent, fully covered. A large list of leads to call, plus any clients I'm able to share with you. Hands-on training in my signature lash style. Lash experience is not required — I'll teach you. Mentorship as you grow your book under me. What you're responsible for: Building your own client base. This is the heart of the role. Working your leads — calling and following up. You can do this from home, right from your phone. Learning and delivering the one lash style I specialize in and sell. Showing up coachable, self-driven, and consistent. I'll help you build under me — but building is your job. The artists who win here take ownership of it.

The pay:

An hourly wage for the lashes you do on MY clients Commission as you grow your own clients — the more you build, the more you earn. (We'll walk through exact numbers together.) This is for you if… You want to grow into a commission lash artist, not work a 9-to-5. You're licensed in cosmetology or esthetics. You're willing to learn my exact method, even if you've never picked up a tweezer. You're a self-starter who wants real flexibility and is ready to build something of your own. This is not for you if… You need full-time hours and a guaranteed paycheck. You want to be handed a full book instead of building one. You're set on lashing your own way. Prefer to just rent the space? I'm also open to a lash artist who simply wants to rent the room part-time — half the week, $250/week. You bring your own clients and run your own business out of a beautiful, fully stocked private suite.
