The ideal candidate is skilled in classic and volume lash extensions, provides exceptional customer service, and is motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele. We are looking for a professional who is reliable, self-motivated, and dedicated to creating an outstanding client experience. Rental Structure Booth Rental:

Lash Artist $100 weekly with the first 4 weeks discounted.

Additional:

Lash Artist:

Massage bed, desk, lamp and chair are included. All other supplies need to be supplied by the artist. Artists are not solely responsible for finding or booking their own clientele unless you would like to be solely responsible for yourself. Clients will have the ability to request preferred artists for their services.

Job Requirements Technical Requirements:

Licensed Lash Tech, Esthetician or Cosmetologist Position Requirements:

Ability to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations daily Maintain professional and impeccable studio environment by managing client concerns, expectations & questions Maintain and abide by Whiplash Studio's structures, policies, and procedures at all times Positive representation of the Whiplash Studio brand both in and outside of the studio/working hours

Leadership skills; ability to lead a team of your peers in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly Proactive personality and an independent thinker/decision-maker Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrate excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to embrace changing environments
