Duties Perform precise eyelash extension applications using safe, high-quality techniques tailored to each client's eye shape and style preferences Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, explain options, and recommend suitable lash styles or treatments Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure client safety and comfort Manage appointment scheduling and client records. Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers or new services greeting clients, answering questions, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Stay current on industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions.
