Lash Artist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension or cluster services to our clients. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality beauty services. Commission or hourly based position

Duties:

• Apply individual eyelash extensions or clusters to enhance the length, thickness, and curl of clients' natural lashes
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired lash look and address any concerns or allergies
• Sanitize and manage all tools and equipment used during lash application
• Educate clients on proper aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions
• Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Market via social media, word of mouth or use an salon promotional material to build clientele
• Meet weekly quota of 5 clients or more per week
• Promote retail sales of lash care products to enhance the client's overall experience

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
• license in eyelash extensions application is required (Cosmetology/Esthetician is fine)
• Knowledge of different eyelash extension techniques and styles
• Familiarity with sanitation and sterilization standards in the beauty industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in lash application.
