Responsibilities Provide professional hair styling, makeup application, and beauty treatments tailored to each client's preferences and needs Conduct consultations to understand client desires and recommend suitable styles or products Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure client safety Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and dermabrasion as required Stay current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver modern and innovative looks Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate beauty products and upselling where suitable Capture high-quality photographs of completed looks for portfolio or promotional purposes while respecting client confidentiality Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients Expertise in cosmetology practices including hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and dermabrasion Knowledge of sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Solid understanding of color theory for makeup artistry and hair coloring techniques Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and provide personalized recommendations Basic photography skills for documenting work or promotional content Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction Familiarity with retail sales processes within a beauty setting Join our vibrant team where your creativity makes a difference!
