Responsibilities Assist stylists with shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments to ensure clients feel pampered and relaxed. Prepare clients for hair services by setting up tools and products. Maintain salon laundry, cleanliness and sanitation standards. Help with retail sales by upselling hair care products to enhance client satisfaction. Participate in mentoring new team members and contribute to a positive store management environment through excellent communication skills. Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. Familiarity with store management principles to support daily operations efficiently.
