SKILLS REQUIRED
Active Texas Cosmetology, Esthetician, Eyelash Specialty license Experience in eyelash extensions, with the ability to apply classic and volume lashes. Self-fanning is preferred (not required) Eye Brows service experience is preferred (not required) Fast learner, as we will provide comprehensive training for new services Strong work ethic and the ability to provide fast and high-quality services Excellent customer service skills and a genuine understanding of your clients' needs Flexibility to work long hours; full-time availability is preferred and appreciated Openness to feedback and a willingness to continuously improve
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a wonderful experience for clients, encouraging them to stay and pre-book appointments Maintain a sterile and clean work station, adhering to hygiene standards Knowledgeably promote and sell memberships and retail products Educate clients about our brands and the benefits of our promotions Build a strong clientele base through exceptional service Uphold the highest quality standards in all services provided
