In this energetic role, you will provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients through their tanning journeys using a variety of advanced equipment and products. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help clients achieve their desired glow safely and confidently, creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back. Duties Operate various tanning equipment including UV tanning beds, spray tan booths, and red light therapy devices to ensure safe and effective treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tanning stations, tools, and equipment to uphold health standards and ensure client safety. Provide expert guidance on skincare routines, product selection, and aftercare to maximize client satisfaction and promote product sales. Process cash transactions accurately while upselling additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience. Assist clients in selecting appropriate tanning options based on their skin type and desired outcome while ensuring they understand safety protocols. Keep detailed records of treatments performed, products used, and client preferences for future reference. Skills Proven experience operating tanning equipment such as UV beds, spray tan booths, and red light therapy devices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients on procedures and skincare best practices. Retail experience with a focus on upselling skincare products or additional services to boost sales. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the beauty industry or cosmetology background preferred. Cash handling skills with accuracy in processing transactions and managing sales records.
