Part Time About Us Upscale Sugar and Wax is a growing beauty studio dedicated to providing high-quality aesthetic services in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. We are looking for a talented and passionate Lash Technician to join our team and help deliver exceptional results and client experiences. Job Responsibilities Perform professional eyelash extension applications (classic, hybrid, volume, etc.) Conduct client consultations to determine desired style and suitability Maintain strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards Educate clients on proper lash aftercare Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Maintain a clean and organized workspace Manage appointments and client records as needed Stay current with lash trends, techniques, and products Qualifications Certified Lash Technician (required) Valid esthetician or cosmetology license Previous lash experience preferred (newly certified artists welcome to apply) Strong attention to detail and steady hands Professional, reliable, and client-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: ~$20/hr (commission based) Tips Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on services/products Supportive and positive work environment
