This is a commission-based position with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. Requirements Active Washington State (WA) license required Previous professional lash extension experience required Experience with lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow waxing and tinting, and other esthetic services preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Strong knowledge of sanitation, sterilization, and safe service practices Ability to conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services Comfortable using salon booking and client-management software Familiarity with social media and promoting beauty services is a plus Basic retail sales and product recommendation skills Responsibilities Perform professional eyelash extension services with precision, care, and attention to client safety Provide lash lifts and tints, brow waxing and tinting , and other esthetic services as qualified Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend services that best suit their needs Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace Follow all required sanitation and sterilization procedures Maintain accurate client records and appointment information using salon software Provide exceptional customer service and create a comfortable, positive client experience Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend products when appropriate Participate in retail sales, product demonstrations, and promotions Use social media to showcase your work, promote services, and engage with clients Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented salon environment What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, motivated, creative, and genuinely passionate about the beauty industry .
