Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and treatments Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to sanitation protocols for tools and equipment Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and future appointment scheduling Manage client appointments efficiently using salon Square software. Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty enhancements through upselling techniques Engage with clients via social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and build community Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions or similar cosmetic procedures Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon or spa setting Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their beauty goal.
