Come join our salon family and LOVE going to work everyday! Drama-free, clean environment. The salon is an organic-concept salon and offers mani/pedi services, gel polish, aromatherapy services, gel enhancements//gelx, nail art, etc. with an emphasis on clean/organic products. We do NOT use any acrylic product, including dip. Will train. Nail tech or Cosmetology License required. Full and Part time available.
Nail Technician Job Description/Profile:
Our Nail Technicians must have the ability and skill to perform professional nail, foot and hand treatments. They must also possess in-depth knowledge of nails, including a fundamental knowledge of foot and hand massage techniques and careful application of polish. Skills in structure gel and nail art is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides consistent professional nail, foot and hand treatments in compliance with the salon's protocols and accepted certification practices. Maintains the highest level of product knowledge as well as complete knowledge of the salon's services. Timeliness with each service a must. Promote actively the salon's services, treatments, retail and special offers. Performing prep work, cleaning and disinfection as required by the State and salon policies/procedures. Restocking work station and salon areas overall as needed. Providing immediate and courteous responses to all client requests ensuring their complete satisfaction. Attending and participating in staff meetings and training when required.
Nail Technician Personal Attributes:
Personable and customer service oriented. Ability to work in a team environment with strong people skills. Excellent attendance and reliability. Honest and trustworthy. Commitment and respect for the salon's goals and property. Energetic and enthusiastic. Professional/Appropriate appearance and attire. Reliable transportation.
Nail Technician Qualifications:
Must be licensed with the State Board of Cosmetology. Must have the flexibility to work evenings (min one required per week) and Saturdays. Training in structure gel is a plus! Previous Nail Technician experience preferred but not required. Possess a valid driver's license. Love coming to work every day! We are a privately owned and operated salon with great growth potential and desire a team member who wants to grow their career with us. References may be requested.
