We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional nail services while building their own clientele and personal brand. The ideal candidate is experienced in a variety of nail techniques, takes pride in delivering beautiful, high-quality work, and is committed to creating an elevated client experience from start to finish. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working independently, and wants the support of an established luxury brand while growing their own business. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including: Gel Manicures (required) Gel-X Extensions (required) Builder Gel (required) Luminary Nail Systems (required) Acrylic Full Sets and Fills (optional) Structured Gel Manicures (required) Nail Repairs and Maintenance (required) Nail Art (required) Consult with clients to determine their goals and recommend appropriate services. Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace while following all Arizona State Board sanitation and infection control requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships. Build, retain, and grow your own clientele through excellent service, networking, referrals, and social media. Participate in marketing initiatives and content creation when desired to help grow both your personal brand and Karma's presence. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Active Arizona Nail Technician or Cosmetology License. Experience performing Gel-X, Builder Gel, Luminary, gel manicures, and acrylic services. Strong shaping, cuticle work, and product application skills. Passion for creating clean, consistent, high-quality nail sets. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor and actively building a loyal clientele. Professional social media presence or portfolio showcasing your work is preferred.
