Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to deliver innovative services Promote retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and other beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies Assist with maintaining a clean work station and sterilizing tools according to health standards Provide excellent customer service by building rapport, listening actively, and addressing client needs professionally Skills Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and disinfection procedures Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nails or esthetic treatments Proficiency in color theory for creating appealing designs and custom nail art Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and explain treatment options clearly Ability to perform advanced services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus Retail sales experience with upselling skills to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Familiarity with retail math for managing product inventory and sales transactions effectively Join our team as a Nail Technician where your artistry meets exceptional service!
