Technicians who build speed and quality have a clear path to earning $72,000+ annually based on a full client load of 5 clients per day. Compensation Base Pay + Tips + Commission. Starting pay is based on experience level, with structured increases as you develop speed, consistency, and client satisfaction. Technicians who reach full productivity (5 clients/day) have the earning potential to exceed $72K/year. What You'll Do Perform high-end Russian manicures and pedicures for a fully booked client schedule Maintain Prive's quality and service standards Continue developing skills through paid, hands-on training Requirements Valid California nail technician or cosmetology license (required) Builder gel experience (strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, professional, and eager to grow Paid Training — $2,500 Value Included No Russian manicure experience?
