We are not a high-volume salon, but we do offer limited same-day availability when scheduling allows . Our focus is on quality, consistency, and client retention — creating nails that last and a space clients want to return to. Who We're Looking For We're hiring 1-2 nail technicians who are: Detail-oriented and take pride in clean work Coachable and open to feedback Professional and reliable Interested in long-term growth This is a training-focused position with a clear path to commission , ideal for: Newer techs who want structured training Techs looking to improve their skills and build a steady clientele Services & Work Style We specialize in: Structured Gel (overlay + re-balance) Gel-X extensions Dry pedicure and detailed cuticle work Clean, minimal nail art Our work focuses on: Clean, well-prepped nails Strong, structured results Attention to detail in shape and finish Long-lasting, non-damaging services Compensation & Growth We offer a training-based pay structure with clear growth opportunities : Starting at hourly (minimum wage) during training Transition to commission (approx. 45-50%) once services are signed off Hourly or commission (whichever is higher) after training This role is designed for nail techs who want to build skill, speed, and a steady clientele over time .
