The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for nail care and esthetics, along with excellent customer service skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance clients' beauty routines through expert nail services. Candidates should be detail-oriented, creative, and committed to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. Experience in cosmetology, nail care, and related beauty services is highly valued. Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel x, Builder/Rubber base gel, poly gel and nail art using color theory principles to create appealing designs Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly disinfecting tools and workstations after each service Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions Build strong customer relationships through attentive communication skills and personalized service Stay current with beauty trends and new techniques in nail art, esthetic treatments, and overall wellness Qualifications Valid cosmetology or manicure license required; specific training in nail technology preferred. Minimum 3 + years experience Knowledge of color theory, nail care procedures, and sanitation protocols essential Experience with a variety of services including gel nails, acrylics, gel x, Builder/rubber base gel and poly gel Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent client relationships Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and team members Join our team to deliver exceptional beauty experiences while advancing your skills in a dynamic environment.
