In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, boosting their confidence with beautifully maintained nails. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a dynamic setting dedicated to beauty and wellness. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Provide additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as needed Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Educate clients on nail care, maintenance, and retail product recommendations to enhance their experience Upsell retail products and additional services to meet client needs and maximize sales opportunities Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and new beauty treatments to offer innovative services Follow all health regulations and safety protocols related to disinfection procedures and sanitation standards Skills Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and the latest trends in nail art and design Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Experience working in the beauty industry, particularly in nail care or related cosmetic services Proficiency in sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and maintaining a sterile workspace Background in cosmetology or esthetician training with certifications in relevant beauty treatments Ability to perform specialized services such as hair extensions, hair styling, barbering, dermabrasion, or eyelash extensions is a plus Retail sales skills including retail math and upselling techniques to promote product sales effectively Knowledge of body waxing, hair threading, esthetic laser treatments, and other complementary beauty services is desirable Strong communication skills to educate clients about service options and aftercare recommendations Join us in delivering outstanding beauty experiences!
