Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that complement clients' styles and skin tones Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for long-lasting results Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your skills Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for designing appealing nail art and color combinations Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment and foster client loyalty Rigorous sanitation practices to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, or barbering is a plus for versatile service offerings Ability to perform body waxing, dermabrasion, or other skin treatments as part of comprehensive beauty services Retail sales skills including retail math for product recommendations and upselling techniques Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients Join us to bring your creativity and passion for beauty into a thriving environment where your talent makes a difference!
