In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment that keeps them coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in a dynamic salon setting. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply and maintain artificial nails, including extensions and enhancements like gel or acrylic overlays Educate clients on nail care best practices and recommend suitable treatments or retail products to enhance their beauty routines Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures for all tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure client safety Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry standards to provide innovative services Assist with retail sales by upselling products such as nail polishes, skincare items, and other beauty accessories Support other salon services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, or hair styling when required to enhance client experience Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related field Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a manicurist or nail technician Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation/disinfection procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly customer service and personalized consultations Familiarity with advanced treatments like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of retail math for upselling products effectively and increasing sales potential Join our team if you're energetic about delivering top-tier nail services while creating memorable experiences for clients!
