The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and cosmetology, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining sanitation standards, and fostering positive customer relationships. Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel nails, and nail art. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences. Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Maintain accurate records of services performed and retail sales transactions. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available. Skills Strong understanding of color theory to create aesthetically pleasing designs. Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment. Background in cosmetology with expertise in nail care techniques. Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, barbering, and body waxing is a plus. Proficient in retail math for managing sales transactions effectively. Strong communication skills to clearly convey information to clients about services and products.
