Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, structured gel, and nail art with precision and care Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tone Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations after each client to ensure a safe environment Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services that delight clients Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the salon or spa area to promote a professional atmosphere Skills Deep understanding of color theory to help clients select complementary shades and designs Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively Knowledge of sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations for safe practice Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care or related fields Proficiency in advanced nail techniques such as gel application, structured gel, gel x, nail art, and cuticle care Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus but not required Ability to upsell retail products confidently using retail math skills to maximize sales opportunities Excellent communication skills to educate clients about proper nail maintenance and aftercare Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier nail services in a lively environment where your creativity can shine!
