Job Description
Full specialist license required Training is provided for all employees. Full specialist must do nails and esthetics. Please do not apply if you solely want to do esthetics. As a Full specialist you have the power to make a client's day go from bad to great. Your friendly and helpful personality will get a chance to shine as you give them a service that will stick out from the rest. Remember our slogan, "Come for the service, stay for the experience." This is a simple way of letting our clients know that although initially they will be coming simply because they need their nails or skincare done, but they will always look forward to returning because of the exceptional service you have provided for them. Both relaxing and knowledgeable. Clients should leave feeling confident in you, the products, and services you provided and recommended. Vacation for employees Our spa will pay for one week's vacation (five working days) after one year of continuous employment. Vacation days are accrued from the date of hire for a fiscal calendar year. Vacation pay is calculated on a daily average basis for the total days worked in the preceding calendar year ending on December 31st.
