Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and designs Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and disinfecting workstations to ensure client safety Stay current on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client experience Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories with confidence using retail math skills Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations at all times Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and nail care techniques to create eye-catching designs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold hygiene standards and prevent infections Experience with cosmetology principles including esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing is a plus Skilled in hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, hair threading, barbering or related beauty services is advantageous Ability to perform retail sales effectively while applying upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction and store revenue Good communication skills to explain procedures clearly and provide professional advice on nail care and maintenance Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms clients' confidence!
