Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and provide expert advice on nail care products Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative services Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of workstations, tools, and salon environment in compliance with health regulations Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service to encourage repeat visits Skills Deep knowledge of color theory for creating stunning nail designs that complement client styles Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every guest Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a salon setting Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician licensing with specialization in nail care Proficiency in advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively while maintaining professional integrity Effective communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and building rapport with clients Join us in delivering top-tier nail care services that leave clients feeling confident and pampered!
