Qualifications Nail care experience:

1 year (Required) Nail Technician License (Required) Cosmetology License (Preferred)

Commission pay (50%) Tips Commission on retail sales Job Duties /Tasks / Results/ Responsibilities Perform nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, acrylic, gel, polygel, soft gel and nail art designs. Conduct beauty facials, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, moisturizing, and applying masks tailored to each client's skin type. Educate clients on proper at-home maintenance and skincare routines. Responsible for daily cleanliness & hygiene of equipment, products, and treatment areas. Room to be left stocked and cleaned per standards at end of each shift. Clean and sanitize all nail tools and equipment before and after each use. Greet clients and assist them in selecting nail treatments based on their needs and preferences. Responsible for recommending retail products to clients and promotions Responsible for being on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their services and address any concerns they may have. Stay up-to-date with new nail trends and techniques by attending training sessions and workshops. Responsible for covering reception as and when required Responsible for being courteous to guests and other members of staff at all times. Maintain client confidentiality and sensitivity to personal information during all client interactions; report any unusual client interactions to supervisor immediately
