Duties Perform professional manicures and pedicures using the latest techniques and high-quality products to meet clients' individual needs. Apply advanced nail care treatments such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and intricate designs based on client preferences. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail colors, styles, and additional beauty services like eyelash extensions or body waxing. Upsell retail products Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews. Skills Deep understanding of color theory to create harmonious nail designs that flatter clients' skin tones and preferences. Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold health standards and prevent infections. Strong retail sales skills combined with retail math abilities to effectively recommend products and maximize sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain services, procedures, and aftercare instructions to clients. Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay:

$23.76 - $28.62 per hour
