Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including classic manicures, pedicures, gel nails, builder gel, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs. Apply advanced techniques such as color theory to create visually appealing and personalized nail designs. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Provide outstanding customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice on nail care and trends, and building lasting relationships. Assist in retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and recommending suitable items based on their individual needs. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification as a Nail Technician from an accredited program. Proven experience in performing professional nail care services with a portfolio of diverse designs preferred. Strong knowledge of color theory and nail art techniques to craft unique designs tailored to each client. Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client desires and provide professional recommendations. Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures. Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services Upsell retail nail care products and accessories to enhance client results and boost sales Assist clients with skin care treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments when applicable Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive customer experience that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with certification as a Licensed Nail Technician or equivalent in your state or country Proven experience in nail care services including color theory application and nail art design Knowledge of sanitation procedures and health regulations related to personal care services Familiarity with additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on client satisfaction Basic retail math skills for managing product sales and inventory Embark on an exciting career where your artistry meets exceptional service!
