Job Summary This is a commission based pay We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nail Technician - Manicure & Pedicure Specialist to join our vibrant beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, ensuring each client leaves feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise in nail artistry, combined with excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients can indulge in top-tier beauty experiences. Duties Perform professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, gel, acrylic, builder-gel, polygel, luminary and specialty nail enhancements Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail care treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tones Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients Educate clients on nail health, proper care routines, and the latest trends in nail art and design Assist with inventory management of nail supplies and tools to ensure readiness for daily operations Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to continually elevate service quality Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Manicure & Pedicure Specialist in a professional salon or spa setting Strong knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting complementary shades and designs Familiarity with sanitation standards, sterilization procedures, and safety protocols within the beauty industry Basic understanding of cosmetology principles related to nail care, skin health, and aesthetic enhancement Ability to perform advanced treatments such as gel application, acrylics, nail art, Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and promote retail sales confidently Experience with additional services such as body waxing, sugaring is advantageous but not required Join us to bring beauty visions to life!
