The Talented Beginner:

Just licensed or new to the industry? We provide full training to help you master modern techniques (like acrylic application, structured gel, nail art. etc) and build your confidence behind the chair.

The Established Tech:

Already have a loyal clientele but looking for a fresh, inspiring, and highly successful space to call home? Bring your book of business to a supportive environment that will help you scale even higher. Responsibilities Deliver luxurious, top-tier nail services including dry manicures, structured gel/builder gel manicures, Gel-X, acrylic enhancements, and relaxing pedicures. Prioritize nail health and quality prep, ensuring long-lasting retention. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments and enhancements Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with Florida State Board regulations by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety Upsell additional services/ products Provide an amazing client experience that keeps guests coming back—giving great customer service and keeping a warm, friendly attitude. What we're looking for (Requirements) Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care techniques. Familiarity with sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff (Must have Barbicide certification once hired) Experience preferred with various nail services including gel application, acrylics, nail art, pedicures, etc. (Training will be provided for the right fit) Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
