We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will provide exceptional nail care services to our clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction and loyalty to our salon. The ideal candidate will have experience in nail care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with clients.Responsibilities:
- Perform nail enhancements, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to salon sanitation and safety protocols
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nail care trends and techniques
- Utilize retail sales skills to promote salon products and services to clients
- Accurately manage retail sales and maintain knowledge of salon products and services
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and client information
Qualifications:
- Experience in nail care and retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math and the ability to manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Familiarity with salon sanitation and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to continue education and training in nail care and related areas
- Gel X and Dazzle Dry Certified a plus
