This position is for a polished beauty professional who takes pride in their appearance, artistry, client experience, and work environment. We need someone who is trustworthy, self-motivated, and capable of managing their responsibilities without being micromanaged. The right candidate understands that professionalism goes beyond performing a good service. It includes arriving on time, maintaining a clean and organized station, communicating appropriately, following salon procedures, presenting yourself professionally, and consistently providing clients with a luxury experience. We want someone who can really do great brow services not beginners.
SERVICES MAY INCLUDE
Brow waxing and shaping Brow tinting Brow lamination Brow threading Henna or hybrid brow staining Airbrush brows Brow bleaching Consultations and customized brow recommendations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A valid Georgia esthetics or cosmetology license Professional brow-service experience Strong brow mapping, shaping, and color-matching skills A polished and professional appearance Dependability, punctuality, and consistent attendance Excellent communication and customer-service skills The ability to work independently without constant supervision Someone who follows directions and salon standards A clean, organized, and sanitary approach to every service A team-oriented attitude with positive, mature energy Someone who can receive feedback and apply it Consistent Sunday availability; Saturday scheduling may be discussed A willingness to grow with the salon and support its new direction
