Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to offer innovative services Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or tools to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales Assist with maintaining a clean work station and managing appointment schedules efficiently Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and upcoming promotions or new services Experience Proven experience as a professional Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current trends in nail art and design Familiarity with cosmetology practices including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs Ability to upsell retail products effectively while providing outstanding customer service Basic retail math skills for handling transactions confidently Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields is required; additional training in specialized services like dermabrasion or barbering is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry makes a difference!
