Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and new treatment offerings such as dermabrasion or hair extensions Skills Strong knowledge of color theory to create eye-catching designs that complement each client's style Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly Deep understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care procedures.
